The good relationship between Czech republic and Ireland continues to grow following last weekends racing and training camp at Aghade Carlow and WWKC in Dublin. 11 canoeists travelled from the Czech Republic to take part in the first event of the Irish selection process. Lukas Novosad took up where he left off last year and finished first in both the Classic and Sprint races. The Irish held their own with upcoming junior paddler Conor Healy finishing first in both Junior events. The Czechs now get to return the favour with the Irish C1 team traveling to 3 Czech cup events this summer. Big thanks to Martin McCarthy, Conor Ryan and Cathy O'Connor. For results see
