The Board and CEO of Canoeing Ireland invite members and stakeholders to contribute to the preparation of our new Strategic Plan. The plan will set out the continued strategic development of paddlesports over the period 2021-2023.
The initial design phase for the Strategic Plan commenced earlier this year with the establishment of a steering group, agreement on approach and internal analysis. Kotinos Partners have been appointed to assist Canoeing Ireland in forming the plan.
A key phase in developing this 3-year plan is Research & Consultation and we seek the valued input and views of our members and stakeholders. This consultation phase is focused on information gathering, inclusive dialogue and review with our members, clubs, disciplines and other parties to define Canoeing Ireland’s vision, values and culture. The outcome of this phase is to establish key strategic priorities that will provide succinct and clear direction with a unity of purpose for our members. As a member centric organisation, this input is an integral component of how Canoeing Ireland will operate and we encourage and hope that you will contribute to the development of your Strategic Plan.

Canoeing Ireland is inviting submissions in relation to its new Strategic Plan 2021-2023. The closing date for submissions is Friday, 5th June 2020.
